Research & Drawing Journal

To research the book I went on multiple research trips to the Isle of Lewis and Harris, where I collected stories, colour palettes, pigments and natural dye materials, and made observational drawings and paintings. This was to immerse myself in the landscape and record it so that it would inform the final drawings.
